Evening Meals:

If you wish to eat your evening meal at Little Trewern, please choose from the following options.

The first option is our meat, fish and vegetarian menu, and the second is our vegetarian and vegan menu.

(However we do need to know your choice well in advance of your stay, and the availability of any dish depends upon the season, and our ability  to source the ingredients both locally and sustainably.)

Leek and stilton choux bun with salad leaves

Country terrine with home made damson  chutney

Pan fried salmon with leeks and herb sauce

Tuscan chicken with mixed rice

Normandy guinea fowl with mixed rice

Fish pie with baked or new potatoes and fresh vegetables

Lemon chicken with Italian potato cake and fresh vegetables

Chinese braised pork with plums

Roasted vegetable lasagne with  salad



Lemon thyme panna cotta with raspberry granite

Blackcurrant syllabub with almond tuiles

Apple tarte with blackberry ice cream

Pear tarte tatin with poire william cream

Spiced winter fruit compote

Choice of local cheeses with oatcakes (£2.50 supplement)
