I have been running our highly regarded French Baking courses here for three years, but this September I will be teaching guests how to make and bake sourdough bread.
Sourdough bread is raised by the fermentation of the natural yeasts and bacteria which are found in flour and water. This is the oldest method of “raising bread”, and has real health benefits, because the slow fermentation produces a bread that is more digestible and nutritious than bread raised by commercial yeasts.
The cost of the course is just £195 per person for a two day course, and the price (for two sharing ) includes accommodation in the luxury guest suite, plus all your meals!
